First, we email you back the prepared forms in 1 business day after receiving your order, barring any issues beyond our control. State processing time varies depending on processing load. But most state offers expedited processing for an additional fee.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY
For services, refund is ONLY possible if a deal has been purchased but not yet utilized. If you purchase entity formation deal and the filing is submitted to a state department, no refund will be possible. For products if an item has been shipped to you, no refund is possible.

WHAT IS NVFY REFUND POLICY
The filing fee that a user pays is for us to prepare and email the state forms to dissolve or resignation of officer(s). This fee will be refunded ONLY if we are unable to prepare the forms. Refund is not possible after we prepare and email the forms since we incur costs to personalize and complete the forms. WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE RECEIVED AS PROOF OF DISSOLUTION
A state Certificate of Dissolution is received by you once state completes processing the filing.
